Laxmi Andrews is a curatorial researcher and communications coordinator at The World Around. Since joining in 2024, Laxmi has worked on the platform’s communications strategy and execution across multiple media, for programs including The World Around’s annual Summit, In Focus series, Young Climate Prize, and its first exhibition, Life On Earth. She is also assisting the development of The World Around’s editorial platform, Insights.

Laxmi was part of the sixth cohort of New Architecture Writers, a program for emerging architecture critics from the Architecture Foundation and The Architectural Review, where her writing has been published. She graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2023, where she led ARCSOC—the university’s architecture society—and received the award for the highest-attaining architecture dissertation in the year.
