During Art Basel Paris, The World Around Chairmans’ Circle gathered for a special program celebrating art, architecture, and design. Members attended private previews of the fair and enjoyed a private tour of our global cultural partner, Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain—designed by Jean Nouvel—which featured installations by past The World Around speakers Freddy Mamani and The World Around board director Elizabeth Diller. Founder Beatrice Galilee chaired a talk at Design Miami introducing an exciting new design residency program in AlUla and sharing a new museum conceived by Lina Ghotmeh. The visit concluded with an elegant cocktail reception hosted by our partner UniFor, bringing together members of The World Around Circles and global creative leaders.

Throughout the week, members had the opportunity to connect with artists, curators, and architects shaping today’s cultural landscape. The gathering highlighted The World Around’s commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue, celebrating visionary practice, and creating a global community dedicated to the exchange of transformative ideas in architecture and design.
