Muhammed Dimma Mawejje is the founder and team lead at Mawejje Creations, a social enterprise that is revolutionizing the fashion industry in Uganda—introducing plant-based substances and textile waste into the fashion industry as a means of promoting sustainable and circular fashion practices. His passion for sustainable and circular fashion has earned him the title of Social Innovator Program Fellow in 2022, a Young Climate Prize finalist in 2023, a 25Under25 Legacy Award in 2023, and nominee for the Visionary Leader Award in 2019.
