The Young Climate Prize is The World Around's mentorship and award initiative that champions and accelerates the next generation of climate leaders. On September 15, 2026 a cohort of 25 exceptional changemakers under 25, representing communities on the front lines of the climate crisis, will be announced. Each finalist will be paired with a world-renowned designer for one-on-one mentorship and join a cohort-wide Design Academy of talks, workshops, and strategy sessions. Three prize winners and one jury honoree will present their work and visions for a more resilient future at The World Around Summit 2027.
